Neurodevelopmental Lab
Beit T'Shuvah takes an interdisciplinary approach to living well. While our Partners in Prevention program uses a therapeutic approach, our Neurodevelopmental Lab employs the scientific route for wellness. There are positive and negative external stimuli everywhere around us, and the only organism that can correctly sort these influences is the brain. Our lab focuses on these areas--specifically judgement, cognitive flexibility, and emotional control--in order to make sure that these areas are working to their full potentials. No longer will poor report cards and inattentive behavior loom without a solution.

The goal of our neurodevelopmental lab is to give your child a way to succeed in and out of the classroom--without medication. Our neurodevelopmental lab consists of several components designed to meet the varying needs of adolescents, the first being a comprehensive biopsychosocial evaluation--which identifies specific strengths and weaknesses that need to be addressed. Our neuropsychiatric testing is the best in the field, providing valuable information regarding possible mental health issues and ongoing care. Furthermore, we recognize that everyone is different, and thus plan our treatment accordingly.
