After a career on Wall Street,  Kathy Marks decided to follow her passion and become a psychotherapist.  While completing her training as a Marriage and Family Therapist , she took a position at Beit T’Shuvah and found a philosophy, sense of spirituality, and community that spoke to her soul.  Kathy has held various positions at BTS, all the while continuing to maintain a therapy caseload in addition to her other duties, such as those as Director of the Partners in Prevention Program.  In  2008, Kathy became Beit T’Shuvah’s Clinical Director and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  In 2009, Kathy started a pilot program for the treatment of Problem Gambling, in collaboration with the California Office of Problem Gambling and the UCLA Gambling Studies Program.  She continues to be deeply committed to the holistic treatment of this problem, as well as other dis-eases of the human condition.  Kathy holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a masters of arts in Marital Family Therapy.
